My husband and I have stayed on Manasota Key before at a friend's. We would pass by the Villas on our way to the beach. We hoped to stay one day, this year we did for January and February! The condo was beautiful, loved watching the sunsets from our private deck! We met some neighbors who are now our friends. The area is struggling to come back from recent hurricanes, everyone is working hard to rebuild and replace what was destroyed. We were able to enjoy our visit with few limitations on what we wanted to see and do!

We spent a month in this beautiful, modern, well-maintained villa. It had all the comforts of home, everything that we needed! This villa was one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in! So close to the ocean, with the gulf being easily viewable from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living room and upstairs master bedroom. The sunsets over the gulf are just so beautiful and we met many of the permanent residents of the Condos at our sunset viewing, all of us watching for the 'Green Flash'. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Bikes are available for your use, and we biked several times to Stump Pass. We walked the beautiful beach a couple times a day, and even watched one fisherman pull in a 5ft shark and another a large sting ray! The Villa is close to several restaurants, many with live music! We cooked all our meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Reservation and check-in were easy! Thank you Ron and Suzanne!

My husband and I spent time at this beautiful condo and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect — right on the beach with stunning views. The condo is well-equipped and comfortable. We highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at the Villa Condo. The unit is clean, spacious and has everything you need. The heated pool was wonderful and the beach access is unbeatable. We're already planning our return trip!

The condo is beautiful and well maintained. The views of the gulf from the living room and master bedroom are spectacular. We watched the sunset every evening from the deck. Ron was great to work with and made everything easy.

What a wonderful find! The condo is exactly as described. It's spacious, bright, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. We can't wait to come back!
